Arayasuns Design/bid/build services take our clients threw this whole process from start to finish. The builder working directly with the designers (your or ours) will help to define function, budget and schedule. We evaluate the project and provide options that enable our clients to make informed decisions. In green building we find the design/build method brings simplicity to the process, moving us efficiently forward to achieve the desired results.

In the design phase we focus on space planning, naturally material specs, functionality, site orientation, passive and active solar, natural lighting and ventilation systems, connecting the home and it’s occupants with a natural rhythms and cycles of the earth. Sustainably Harvested Lumber

We have a large portable band saw for your custom resawn timber needs. We can create beams ,standard lumber,hardwood flooring, and custom molding patterns. We are avalible for:
